THE PRESENTATION OF THE DOCUMENTARY IN RIMINI DEDICATED TO ARTSAKH

On August 23 in " Neri Conai" Hall of Rimini the documentary “Nagorno Karabakh. Back to the war” by Gian Micalessin was presented. The event was organized by the "International Center of Communion and Liberation" in the framework of the 37th edition of the Rimini Meeting.

Prior to the presentation, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Italy Ms. Victoria Bagdassarian, journalist and director of the documentary Mr.Gian Micalessin and the head of the International Centre of Communion and Liberation Mr.Roberto Fontolan addressed the audience with their welcoming speeches.

In her address Ambassador Bagdassarian thanked the author of the film for the presentation of Artsakh and for the truth about the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan in early April 2016. The Ambassador also thanked the organizers for their close collaboration with the Embassy and for the organization of the presentation of the film.

The Ambassador presented in brief the history and the essence of the conflict emphasizing that the film of Gian Micalessin tells not only the story of the struggle of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, but also calls upon us not to remain indifferent to discrimination and violence against people and nations.
