Meeting of the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan with State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Giorgio Silli

On December 4, in Vienna, on the margins of the 32nd OSCE Ministerial Council, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan had a meeting with Giorgio Silli, the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.

During the meeting the parties exchanged views on enhancing the framework of cooperation across international organizations and multilateral fora.

The parties touched upon the issues of mutual interest in regional and international agenda. In this vein, the Deputy Foreign Minister presented the agreements reached in Washington, highlighting the importance of implementing the “TRIPP” project for further consolidating peace and unblocking transport infrastructures in the South Caucasus.

The interlocutors touched upon issues on the bilateral agenda and exchanged views on the ways to leverage the untapped potential for cooperation between Armenia and Italy.
